This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is a legal agreement between you – the user (“You(r)” or “User”) and synerheal.com .These Terms and Conditions consists of General Terms applicable to your use of synerheal.com and Service Specific Terms which are applicable to each specific Service in addition to the General Terms.
Please note that all charges, discounts, benefits and other monies associated with provision of Services (as defined below) through the synerheal.com and particularly in relation to, including without limitation, delivery and packaging charges, additional delivery charges for availing Express Delivery Services (as defined below), cancellation charges, Minimum Order Value (as defined below), referral reward discounts, e-cash benefits, etc., shall be provided on the synerheal.com Platform for Your reference and may be revised by us from time to time. Such information, as revised from time to time. You are advised to check such information on charges, discounts, benefits and other monies on a regular basis and prior to placement of any order(s), and synerheal.com shall not be held responsible or consequently liable in any manner whatsoever, in case You fail or neglect to do so
The membership/usage of the Website/App is restricted to those above 18 years of age, or to such group that can be termed to have attained ‘majority’ under the laws of the respective jurisdictions where this Website/App can be seen and is accessible or to emancipated minors, who possess legal parental or guardian consent, or are in a position so as to be fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
Membership cannot be availed of by those who are deemed Incompetent to Contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 subject to the aforementioned conditions.
Further, you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password and any activity under the account will be deemed to have been done by you. In the case that you provide us with false and inaccurate details or the Company has reasonable reasons to believe you have done so, we hold the rights to suspend your account and/or terminate this Agreement without any notice and without being held liable for the same.
synerheal.com shall not be liable and to the extent, that the performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations are prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of such Party, including but not limited to change in legislation, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, accident, act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, traffic or other concerted act of workmen and/or act of Government. synerheal.com may at its sole discretion withdraw the services or Products if a Force Majeure event occurs.
PRESCRIPTION / NON-PRESCRIPTION ORDERS
There are two categories of products listed with synerheal.com, prescription and non- prescription based products. Non-prescription based products will not require any upload of prescriptions and are for dressings and OTC (Over the Counter) products. For prescription based products terms are given below.
Verifications of Prescription.
We do not accept orders for Prescription Orders, unless the same is prescribed by the registered medical practitioner licensed by the Medical Council of India. We do not verify the authenticity of the orders placed by you, where the prescriptions are received directly from a registered medical practitioner licensed by the Medical Council of India or your family doctor, who has placed the order on your behalf after your authorization. When we receive an original prescription from you, our pharmacist will verify it against the information provided to us at the time the order was placed. In the event that the information does not match with your original order as per the prescription, we may try to contact you using the information provided in your Account. If we cannot contact you and we are unable to dispense the item(s) on your Prescription Order we reserve the right to cancel such order.
Non-Receipt of Prescription.
If you place a Prescription Order and we do not receive the relevant original prescription, we will not have any liability to dispense the Prescription Order to you and it will be your responsibility to contact us within 7 days regarding your prescription order.
The User understands and agrees that the validation of prescription services provided herein are only on request and are intended for general purpose only and should not be used in case of medical emergencies and serious illness issue where physical consultation is recommended and at no point these services are intended to replace the physical consultation. The User also agrees and understands that for providing the validation of prescription service synerheal.com will have to share the prescription with its partner Physician and by requesting the services the User confirms its consent to share his/her prescription with synerheal.com partner Physician when necessary.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
All Products will be delivered at the address provided by you in your Account or any other alternate address as specified by you at the time of placing the Order. The delivery may be made by the personnel appointed by synerheal.com or by any third party service provider engaged by synerheal.com for such purpose. synerheal.com shares your personal information with the delivery executive on a ‘need to know’ basis as may be relevant for completing the delivery of the Product.
Any timelines for delivery specified by synerheal.com is a genuine pre-estimate of time required by synerheal.com for completing the delivery of the Product. You acknowledge and agree that actual delivery may be delayed and take longer than the delivery timeline. However, synerheal.com will keep you informed of your order status as may be appropriate from time to time.
You may place a request for return of Product as per the Returns Policy which is displayed on the synerheal.com platform
synerheal.com Platform offers for purchase various Products which are manufactured by various third parties (“Third Party Products”). synerheal.com provides such Third Party Products on an ‘as is’ basis and does not make any representation or warranty with respect to such Third Party Products. synerheal.com shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any manufacturing defects in the Third Party Products.
At synerheal.com, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:
- you’ve received an item(s) that does not match your order
- the item(s) were damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
- the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months where the shelf life of the item is more than 3 months
Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at +91-9445036076. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
- Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
- Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.
We do not accept returns in following scenarios:
- Partially used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned.
- Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (dressings, vials etc.)
- Products which have expired post purchase.
- Second time request against the same product/order.
If you’re order is suitable for a return based on the conditions above, you can raise a request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns are reviewed for eligibility. All refunds are subject to the verification and review by our Returns team.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, dressing material like gauze, cotton, Health Monitor & Equipment’s and Ortho Support. Also, synerheal.com reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”
At synerheal.com we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:
- you received a defective item;
- the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

REDRESSAL OF COMPLAINTS
We are eager to help you regarding any complaints you may have with the experience you had with our services, please write to us at Contact@synerheal.com on registering your complaint/feedback we will endeavour to accept and acknowledge your correspondence within a 48 hours’ time period.
We take all the complaints very seriously and will take appropriate actions as and when required based on your feedback. We aim to address and resolve the reported issue within a maximum time frame of 30 days and we will keep you informed about the status of your complaint.
Please note that the maximum complaint resolution window period mentioned above is subject to the occurrence of any Force Majeure event, including but not limited to, any extra-ordinary circumstances which is unforeseeable and beyond the human control, such as war or war like conditions, strike, public commotion, lockdowns imposed by government authorities, earthquake, typhoons, torrential rain, storms, riots, plague, epidemic, pandemic or any other unforeseen events declared by the Government as an ‘Act of God’, may affect our normal working hours and manpower at office. The company will not be responsible and/or liable for any loss or damage caused to you, due to the delayed response and/or resolution of the reported complaints in view of the above-stated conditions.
MODIFICATION OF WEBSITE
synerheal.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. Other Parties agree that 1mg will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website or any other part thereof.
