Return Policy

Your personal well-being is important to us and we strive to maintain high standards of quality during design, manufacturing process & Delivery. Due to the nature of SynerHeal products (WOUND Care &sterilization) & offering, once delivered, all products are non-returnable.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at  info@synerheal.com  with the details and supporting image(s)/video(s). We consider all such cases individually. Upon receipt of the grievance, we will conduct a full and thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept order-related concerns (e.g., damaged, defective, different product(s)) only up to 5 days from the date of delivery.

Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3  days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If there are any GST/charges laid by the government that are paid, the same may be deducted before paying back in the event of we not getting back the GST/govt duties paid back to us.

If your return is accepted, you may send us back the material well packed to the above address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, especially if sterility of the product & packaging original is torn or disturbed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items OR discount sale products. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
