Ozenoxacin for Bacterial Infections and Impetigo Wounds
(Ozenoxacin Cream 1% w/w) is a topical quinolone antibiotic used to treat impetigo caused by Susceptible bacteria. It works by blocking bacterial enzymes needed to copy DNA, which stops the bacteria from multiplying. It is active against bacteria that cause certain skin infections.
The US prescribing information covers adults and children aged 2 months and older.

Direction for Use?
1. Wash and gently clean and dry the
affected area before.
2. Put a thin layer of the
ozenoxacin cream onto the infected skin and rub it in gently.
3. Use the medication around the
same times each day to get the best results.
4. You may cover the treated area
with a clean, loose sterile bandage or gauze dressing unless your doctor
instructed otherwise.
5. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin twice daily for 5 days, as prescribed.
